What is TRG Apparel’s minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and decoration method. Tees and headwear typically start at 250–500 units per style; cut-and-sew programs and outerwear start at 500–1,000 units. Lower volumes are possible for sampling and pilot runs — talk to us about your specific program.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on the production region you choose: USA 2–4 weeks, Mexico 5–7 weeks, China 65–90 days, Cambodia 110–130 days. Lead times reflect approved production and do not include sampling or development. Repeat SKUs in China can ship faster because we hold greige goods inventory.
Can you replicate an existing product I already sell?
Yes. We can reverse-engineer existing apparel, headwear, and accessories from a physical sample or a competitor reference, and develop tech packs from there. Most clients use this path for v2 of an existing product line.
Do you charge for samples?
No. Sampling is included as part of our standard development process. You only pay for production after samples are approved.
Where do you produce?
We operate across four regions — USA, China, Mexico, and Cambodia. We match each client’s priorities (speed, margin, duty advantages, USMCA compliance) to the right region. Many programs split across regions to optimize the full cost stack.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Every modern decoration technique under one roof: screen print, DTG, sublimation, puff, embroidery (flat and 3D), woven labels, hangtags, custom hardware, washes (acid, vintage, garment dye), and full custom packaging. See the “Branding & Customization” section above for the full list.
Can you handle CPSC compliance and youth product documentation?
Yes. CPSC eFiling readiness, youth-SKU auto-flagging, and CPC document management are built into our Atlas platform. We handle compliance documentation as a standard part of every production run that requires it.

Do you handle freight and customs?
Yes — container tracking, delivery scheduling, and customs documentation are all handled end-to-end. You get a single point of contact through final delivery, not a handoff to a separate freight forwarder.
